As we kick off our sixth year, Next Level Steel reflects with gratitude on a journey defined by growth, innovation, and a can-do attitude. What began as an eight-person startup has grown into a team of more than 150 employee-owners operating two advanced fabrication facilities in Mesa and Goodyear. Today, we are proud to be Arizona’s only employee-owned steel fabricator and the state’s sole mass-producer of innovative castellated steel beams, helping redefine how modern structures are built.

With more than 10 million square feet of structural steel fabricated and erected, our work supports projects across Arizona, the Southwest, and nationwide. As Greater Phoenix continues to rank among the strongest industrial and commercial real estate markets in the country—driven by rising absorption, improving vacancy, and sustained investor confidence—we’re honored to play a role in shaping the region’s built environment as it heads into 2026.
