Get a bird’s-eye view as Next Level Steel and Pro Steel Erectors assemble and hoist a 100-ton, 150-foot-wide steel roof truss for the expanded conference center ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch.

Working with Balfour Beatty US, the truss was fabricated in thirds, transported to the site by truck, and assembled on location before being lifted into place and secured with 3,658 bolts.

Next Level Steel is proud to provide the structural steel for the 13,000-panel rooftop solar array adorning JFK Airport’s new $9.5B Terminal One. Scheduled to open in 2026, this 7.66-megawatt microgrid is the largest in the state, and will provide critical backup power and energy storage in case of an emergency, as well as eco-friendly water heating and cooling, alongside our partners AlphaStruxure and Total Energies.
