data center racking systems
As the demand for digital infrastructure accelerates, Next Level Steel has expanded its high-volume fabrication capabilities to serve hyperscale data centers. We were recently awarded a $115 million contract to fabricate and deliver comprehensive racking systems for a major four-phase project. Our state-of-the-art facilities offer the precision and 24-hour production speed required to meet the critical timelines of the world's largest technology builds. To support these massive, repetitive contracts, our Goodyear facility utilizes an exclusive, first-in-the-world automated Fanuc robotic welder. This proprietary technology cuts traditional manual welding times by more than half, allowing us to produce thousands of recurring components with unmatched speed and absolute precision.
