Brandon Bell is the founder of Next Level Steel in Mesa and Goodyear, AZ. Named to the 2024INC 5000 List as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies inAmerica, Next Level Steel has fabricated and erected 12M+ sq ft for high-profile clients and landmark projects, from TSMC to the JFK Airport Terminal in NYC. Arizona’s only employee-owned structural steel fabricator, Next Level Steel’s entire team shares Brandon’s commitment to innovation, precision and a can-do attitude.

A native of Yuma, AZ and a second-generation fabricator, prior to launching Next Level Steel in 2020, Brandon helped transform his family’s ornamental fence company into one of the state’s largest structural steel suppliers. Drawing upon his decades of experience, Brandon has built Next Level Steel into a nationwide powerhouse, opening a new 28-acre fabrication facility running 24/5 to keep up with demand. And fueled by Brandon’s passion for problem-solving, Next Level Steel is now the only steel fabricator in the Western US mass-producing Castellated structural beams, which span further, faster and for less than traditional roofing systems.

Named to one of the “2025 Leaders To Watch” by AZRE Magazine, Brandon is an active member of the community and a proud Phoenix Thunderbird (the non-profit organization behind the PGA Tour’s WM Phoenix Open).
