John F. Kennedy International Airport

Terminal One Rooftop Solar Array
Queens, NY

Next Level Steel is proud to provide the structural steel for the 13,000-panel rooftop solar array adorning JFK Airport’s new $9.5B Terminal One. Scheduled to open in 2026, this 7.66-megawatt microgrid is the largest in the state, and will provide critical backup power and energy storage in case of an emergency, as well as eco-friendly water heating and cooling, alongside our partners AlphaStruxure and Total Energies.

Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury

New Campus & Training Center
Phoenix, AZ

Mercury rising. Next Level Steel is proud to provide structural steel for the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury’s new $100M campus and training facility. Nestled in the heart of downtown Phoenix’s Warehouse District, this 123,000-square-foot development will house everything from practice courts to underwater treadmills, and is being constructed in partnership with Okland Construction and PK Associates Structural Engineers. 

Grand Canyon University

New Student Housing
Phoenix, AZ

Another innovative project with our long-term partners at Grand Canyon University, NLS provided the structural steel for a pair of 7-story, 725-unit apartments on the east side of campus. Additional partners include Pono Construction and PK Associates engineering.

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa At Gainey Ranch

Expanded Conference Center Ballroom
Scottsdale, AZ

200,000 Pound Pick! Get a bird’s-eye-view as Next Level Steel and Pro Steel Erectors haul, assemble and hoist a 100-ton, 150-foot-wide steel roof truss at the new, improved conference center ballroom coming soon to the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa At Gainey Ranch. Working with GC Balfour Beatty US, the truss was built in thirds and then hauled to the site via truck for the final assembly and lift, and was locked into place with 3,658 bolts. Badura & Cimarron

New Industrial Space
Clark County, NV

NLS is expanding to Nevada with the construction of a 6-building, 500,000+ square foot light industrial project coming to greater Las Vegas. In partnership with Phelan Development the Badura & Cimarron Project in Spring Valley will also be the first in the state to incorporate NLS’ innovative castellated steel beam technology, which allows commercial construction to span further, faster and for less than traditional wood-steel joist systems.

Arista 36

Industrial Flex Buildings

NLS is also expanding to Colorado with this 359,800 square foot business park coming to Greater Denver. In partnership with LaPour Development and EastGroup Properties, Arista 36 will also be the first in the state to incorporate NLS’ innovative castellated steel beam technology.

Cove Logistics

Class A Industrial Building
Phoenix, AZ

Deutsch Architecture Group designed this single story, speculative industrial shell building on an 8-acre site to accommodate multiple future tenants. Partner credits include Kimley Horn Engineers, Wespac Construction and ViaWest Group.
